This year, I created a series of five Skillshare classes that together tell a complete story of my approach to keeping a sketchbook and art journaling. Each class is short, calm, and practical, you can watch one during a cup of tea and immediately feel inspired to open your own sketchbook.
The classes are designed to help you start, enjoy, and maintain a creative practice that truly fits into everyday life. Each one stands on its own, exploring a different side of art journaling and sketchbook practice, yet together they form a full picture of my philosophy, a gentle, human approach to sketching, watercolour, and art journaling.
If you’re thinking about watching my classes, I’d recommend starting with this one! It’s just 30 minutes long and takes you through my journey: from a complete beginner to an artist working worldwide.
I share my story, lessons, and insights to help you find your own way to create, express yourself, and enjoy keeping a sketchbook.
A short and uplifting class where I share my personal approach to sketching outdoors, whether on your own or while gathering people to create together.
It includes three real plein air stories that offer gentle motivation and practical tips, plus a video on what to pack for plein air to give yourself the best chance to succeed.
My newest class, filmed during a summer trip, is all about quick sketching while travelling and capturing the mood of a place in just 10–30 minutes.
From cosy cafés and lively streets to beaches and sunsets, I’ll take you along through real-life sketching sessions, sharing both the successes and the messy, real moments in between.
A playful class about documenting everyday life through food and favourite memories. Together, we’ll explore three creative approaches to food illustration.
Choose the one that resonates with you and enjoy the process of art journaling as a way to slow down and savour the moment.
Practical class filled with simple, effective advice to help you begin today
